The Implementation Consultant supports the Implementation Consultant by assisting them with current backlog items, reaching out to the client and performing administrative duties so that the consultant can implement product quicker. The Implementation Coordinator serves as an extension of the Implementation Consultant, sales and Client Success Management team by providing any assistance necessary to ensure clients’ quick return on investment and a highly productive start to Leasing Desk insurance and screening usage.

Primary Responsibilities

•Setup of accounts, Property sites and Community Data Sheets checklists in RealPage Salesforce
•Maintain and update clients’ accounts as needed
•Provide feedback to Consultant through the implementation process
•Research and resolve client questions, issues and problems
•Follow up with client on outstanding items
•Generate weekly reports of received and outstanding property setups
•Pulling property level reports for audits (i.e. RP ready)
•Review data inputs for accuracy/completeness
•Pulling OneSite addresses for Consultant
•Complete customer service and property requests of address changes and/or additions


•High School diploma or equivalent is required; college degree highly preferred
•Multifamily experience or property management experience is preferred
•Previous experience presenting and/or training complex information to a variety of audiences required
•Ability to learn and utilize new procedures and processes quickly
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet Explorer; testing may be requested
•Experience in fast paced, production environment
•Excellent verbal and written communication; testing may be requested
•High level of organizational skills
•Ability to multitask
•Ability and desire to work within a team environment; Must be able to effectively communicate between customers, staff and management
•Able to quickly analyze and troubleshoot problem issues
•Demonstrated ability to lead, react and respond to challenges calmly, and take initiative
•Ability to work after regular business hours as needed to guarantee deliverables are met
