Summary

The Team Lead coordinates the workflow of the Vendor Onboard Specialists to achieve company’s revenue goals and uphold the RealPage Promise. The Supervisor must be well-versed on all processes and procedures for the Vendor Onboarding Team and serves as a mentor and trainer to the team members. In addition, also assists with all general office duties, coordinate training procedures, project distribution, and scheduled reports.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day workflow of the group to ensure the group’s deliverables are met.
• Research and resolve client /staff questions, issues and problems.
• Create and update management reports, as assigned.
• Train and mentor new and existing staff members of the group
• Ensure assignments are completed within your group and are accurately done each day
• Create a detailed plan of the way in which you plan to impact your teams day-by-day performance
• Responsible for motivating and inspiring each representative
• Coach and provide constructive feedback to Manila-based Vendor Onboarding Specialists.
• Responsible for creating a pleasant working environment and accountability within the employees.
• Conduct annual performance reviews with the guidance of the Vendor Management Team Director
• Accurately manage quality resolution within your team
• Supervise the day to day process by meeting departmental objectives and productivity.
• Work on implementation and account management projects alongside teammates, as assigned

Requirements

• At least second Year College or Bachelor’s Degree of any filed.
• Minimum of 1-2 years related work experience lead generation, tele-sales or sales database role
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills required
• Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook etc.,
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with strong focus on critical deadlines and timely results.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Must be willing to work in a Graveyard Shift.
• Preferred experience working with B2B programs, transactions or clients
• Excellent hands-on experience with a CRM or database solution such as Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics, Oracle or SAP
• Proven ability to multi-task within multiple software applications at the while communicating with the vendors
• Team oriented with good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with co-workers and other internal departments
