Primary Responsibilities

Under the direction of senior team members and managers produce and design the look, feel and storyline of a variety of assigned projects. These could include but are not limited to:
•Conventional print and digitally-based marketing campaigns
•Web pages, landing pages, banner ads, email marketing campaigns
•Animations for presentations
•Digital collateral and printed materials such as:
•Print ads
•PowerPoint / Keynote and Word presentations
•Tradeshow signage and booths
•Maintain a good working knowledge of current web technologies and design practices, staying abreast of new and burgeoning technologies and trends in the online design community.
•Maintain proficient knowledge of current print technologies and design practices, staying abreast of new and burgeoning technologies and trends in the print design community.
•Possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on print and web development, including the use of, and ideation of, video elements.
•Exercise your knowledge in not only conventional desktop formats, but in mobile, tablet and responsive design and development as well, balancing design aesthetics while pushing technical capabilities and limitations.
•Demonstrate skills with the entire Adobe CS6 package; specifically, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator required. Microsoft Office experience required as well.
•Thrive working within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. (Project management skills required.)


•Minimum of 5 years design experience in B2B and emerging B2Me (B2P) digital and print marketing.
•Cultivated your visual design sensibilities including composition, layout, information hierarchy and interaction flows, typography, color, and attention to detail.
•Compiled a portfolio demonstrating breadth, creativity and innovation in related fields.
•Stood out from the crowd with your integrity and work ethic.
•Successfully incorporated user research data into your designs and communications.
•Worked with Mac OSX operating systems and Microsoft Office software programs.
•Must be flexible when it comes to work schedule.
